1. Before starting each menstrual cycle, it is important to boil your Yuuki cup in water for 5 minutes.
2. This will destroy any bacteria that have got into the cup during storage.
3. Make sure there is enough water in the pot you are boiling the cup in. it is essential that the entire cup is submerged in water to prevent it from distorting.
1.How often should I clean my menstrual cup?
It's best to change it every 4-8 hours, if possible. However, you can wear for up to 12 hours .
2. What are the care instructions?
Reusable menstrual cups should be washed and wiped clean before being reinserted into your vagina. They can be sterilised by boiling.
4. What are the benefits of using menstrual cup?
