Highly Recommend

"This is the second type of menstrual cup I've tried and I prefer the feel of this one to the other I had. It's more flexible and the stem is softer so I found it more comfortable and would definitely recommend trying one. Delivery was prompt from Babame and I will be ordering from them again in the future"

Great choice

"Bought after advice and I am really glad I went for this one! Good size & firmness, and the cup it comes in for sterilising is fab. I felt it fitted much better than my old cup and did the job much better. Really decent price. Might go for a rainbow one next time!"

"I highly recommend this ive used it for a few days now and it feels so comfortable i wasnt sure at first but im glad I ordered one to try never going back to pads or tampax."

1. Before starting each menstrual cycle, it is important to boil your Yuuki cup in water for 5 minutes.

2. This will destroy any bacteria that have got into the cup during storage.

3. Make sure there is enough water in the pot you are boiling the cup in. it is essential that the entire cup is submerged in water to prevent it from distorting.

It's best to change it every 4-8 hours, if possible. However, you can wear for up to 12 hours .

2. What are the care instructions?

Actually, lots of people report a decrease in cramps using a cup. We aren't quite sure why!

When folded for insertion, a menstrual cup isn't much bigger than a tampon. Once opened up inside, you still shouldn't feel it at all when inserted properly.

Yes! Sexual activity has no bearing on your ability to use a menstrual cup. The most important thing is that you are comfortable with your own body. You might want to opt for a small size or Teen menstrual cup
