"Really has changed my time of the month for the better. No more waste with disposable pads (I have now bought reusables for when daughter needs them) and no mess, simply empty, rinse and reuse. I was nervous about how to insert remove but the advice on this site/facebook page is amazing and i got the hang of it really quickly, its comfortable and I now have hardly any cramps and a much lighter flow. Although its a phrase overused this is literally life changing"
I wish I bought one sooner
"I am new to the world of reusable menstrual protection, and after buying some CSP I decided to be brave and try a cup after the rave reviews there had been about them. I chose this one because it's rainbowy, and as a firmer cup it's good if you're active and I do a lot of walking. It was easy to insert (after googling a few folds) and so comfortable when in place I forgot I was wearing it. There is no way I'll be going back to tampons, I just wish I'd bought one sooner. If you're on the fence give it a go you won't look back."
