If you're using a reusable pad, you might want to change it after 4-8 hours, depending on how heavy your flow is.
2. What is the care instructions?
Rinse after every use and store in a wet bag.We recommend washing on a warm (40 degree) wash within 48 hours and use a non-bio powder.Bio powders and liquids can corrode the natural fibres and this will effect the absorbency. Do not use fabric softener.You can wash your pads with other items of the same colours, especially if you have rinsed the pad because most of the blood will have already washed away. Washing the pads with other items means you are saving energy.
