Outward postage is included in your hire price.
If we receive your hire request before midday, we endeavour to get it out to you that evening. Weekend and Afternoon orders will be dispatched the next working day. We have collections Monday- Friday so weekend orders will be processed on Monday.
Please check (and double check!) you have completed the delivery address correctly both on site and on your PayPal account – no one wants to lose a sling or deposit!
Our hire service is not currently available outside UK and ROI.
What is your rental return policy?
Rentals can be cancelled before posting and a full refund will be given. If your sling has already left our warehouse, the hire cannot be cancelled. You may choose to return a sling early, but we cannot offer partial refunds.
In the case of a sling or carrier arriving damaged, please let us know immediately using live chat on the website (or leaving a message if a Customer Service agent is unavailable).
Upon completion of your hire, simply package up the sling or carrier and return it to us at:
You are responsible for return postage costs and can use the appropriately insured postal or courier service of your own choice. Please do retain the proof of postage from your service provider until we confirm receipt of the returned item.
Does postage time come out of my hire time?
No, we allow a few days for postage before your hire term begins. For example, a two week hire, with confirmed posting date of the 12th, will require you to post back on 28th. We allow 2 days for the sling to reach you, before starting the 14 day hire period.
When returning, please keep proof of postage. If the sling isn't back with us when we expect it, we can confirm it is simply a postal delay and there won't be a late fee. It is also important to send it insured, until it it received back, it remains your responsibility.
The initial rental period of 2 weeks will be charged at €15, including outward postage to you.

A refundable deposit of full retail value is required on all hires.
If your sling is not posted on the agreed date, and we haven't heard from you, we will apply late charges of €1.50 per day until it is back with us, or until the total amount owed is equal to the full RRP of the missing item.
Hire prices are non-refundable once it has been dispatched
We cannot offer refunds for any costs associated with renting slings or carriers under any circumstances. All rental and postal fees are non refundable once hire has started.

Care and attention
Please refrain from smoking whilst wearing the sling or carrier and do not keep or use it near other smokers or in smoky atmospheres.
Food and posset marks are expected when carrying children, but please keep the sling away from anything that may stain permanently (oil, paint, pens, hair or make-up products, nail varnish etc.), or anything that might damage it (scissors, velcro, keys, fire, etc.).
Do not wash the carrier. This is because some slings and carriers have special care instructions for washing whilst others will fade with frequent washing. We will clean all slings regularly and know how to deal with the usual marks. If you feel it is necessary that the sling is cleaned while on loan to you, please contact us first for advice.
